Q. How long does it take to get an item after it is ordered? A. Generally, you should allow 2 weeks for delivery of in stock items and 4 to 10 weeks for custom orders (depending on whether I have the supplies in stock to make the lamp).
Q. Who do you use for your shipping? A. It depends on what item it is that is being shipped. The larger lamps that must be crated I use a local shipping company (Transworld Shippers) and UPS for the smaller items. I ship regular ground to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible. If you would prefer to get your items quicker, e-mail me and I can make arrangements to ship express via UPS or FedEx.
